@manton I tried to get Siri to tell me when that is in my time zone 6 times before giving up. Its probably in the morning.

@odd Sigh. I just tried too and couldn't get it to work. Seems like something that Siri should know how to do. Google search can do this easily, for example "8pm central time in London", etc.
