1 week on RESET course. I like it a lot, my accountability group = awesome. Pretty nervous to zoom. I do struggle with new people but it was cool. 3 days into physical journaling my small wins… + have 3 goals with some physical tracking in place… can I keep it up, I hope so

@adamprocter Nice! 👍 I'm working on this kind of thing as well, though without a course of any kind at the moment. Practising intentional behaviour is much more difficult than it seems.

@simonwoods I’ll try and keep my MB friends posted as I think it fits into the accountable allies concept Joycelyn has outline in part 3/ phase 1 but am also pretty burn out that my translation of the course in my mind may take a while to be “accurate” 🤪
