The tree behind our house is covered in raindrops from an earlier shower with the sun illuminating it from behind. It looked like it was encrusted with a million diamonds.
@colinwalker In the Midwest here in America, that’s called an ice storm, When I was a kid, those were the best days of winter as they would usually mean a school holiday as the weight of the ice would bring down some trees, knocking out some power.
@Ron It was only water in this instance, no cold enough for ice. It’s incredibly rare to get something like an ice storm around here.
@mbkriegh Not too bad for 10x zoom, cropped and through a grubby window 😄 I had to tweak the contrast to make the ‘stars’ stand out more.
