@Ron indeed! in fact the engineer didnāt even need to visit my house as the issue was in the cabinet at the end of the road. The engineer just called me to say he had found an issue (something was unplugged / wrong) and my broadband would be off for 20mins while he rewired my line back up properly then boom done. I am very happy, I really donāt like paying for slow internet. I also found out that by April we should get ultra fast fibre to property. Although we are hoping to move this year. If we are still here and it has happened then I might go for that to get insane speed š
