🤬 Unsurprisingly, NOS hasn’t fixed our Internet access. It’s been 24 hours.
@Portufraise Their incompetence is incredible, we’re moving away. Vodafone even throws in HBO and Prime for the same exact price…

@maique We've just got our broadband back after....3 weeks...service provider Vodafone..but not for long..
@wfm Ouch! Three weeks would drive me mad. Vodafone has a pretty good track record here, I’m actually thinking about moving over as quickly as I can. I’ve been with them for decades as my cell provider, no issues to report.
@maique Having 5G mobile saved the day. And in fairness to Vodafone, they are not directly responsible for maintaining the network or repairing faults here, but was still very unhappy with the support. I guess it will vary everywhere.
