@Portufraise I made Meyer lemon curd yesterday as the kids love it on scones. Figured making macaron with the whites and then filling with the lemon curd would be yummy.

@Portufraise I was on a run of making them a couple times a week a couple years ago. The first few times were pretty rough. Now the making/baking are pretty set. I’m still not super great with consistent size piping them however.

@msroest That's reassuring to know. I need to practice properly.
