@djemme it’s really an addiction that’s hard to get over. On the one hand, so many people admit that it’s not good for their mental health. On the other, they can’t let go of it either.

@AnirbanM During the 2 week holiday break in December, I decided to stay away from all social media and news media. In the new year, I am only using micro.blog and occasionally Mastodon. Realized that I don't really need all that Twitter interaction in my life, I can happily live wihtout it.
