@parag it’s all based on prior expectations. If I had a listed company, I would drive the expectations way down before every earnings call.
@aurora @pratik I get that. In this case it was algorithmic panic buying driving up the markets. Heard something interesting today. Hedge fund managers don’t lose their jobs if they lose money with stocks going down but if they miss an opportunity to have a position in an upswing, they get fired. Most of the hedge funds guys are running these algorithmic trading platforms. No one is sitting there executing the trades. So, today’s rally is the result of that.
