Got a lumbar sprain yesterday when I bent down to put a dish in the dishwasher. Back is all stiff and hurting. This is going to hurt for a few days. Somehow this happens every 2-3 years. ☹️
@supremus yeah. It is terrible and happens for no apparent reason. One time I dropped my earphones and bent down to pick them up. Another time, it was a some consecutive sneezes. Getting old is no fun.
