@cliffordbeshers This year I've taken up the practice of forest bathing. It takes some practice letting go of my usual thinking mind's wish to know what things are named and why they grow they way they do. Not to mention the urge to photograph what's there. It's been a beneficial practice for me. I tried a search for "cloud bathing," which didn't return what I had in mind. 😏

@jean I like the idea, but I read the websites and get bored before I finish. I have my own version though, which usually involves stopping by some flowers with a camera, plunking down with a macro lens, and spending all afternoon looking at little things.
