Harvest festival at Zane’s school today. Been doing a lot more thoughtful cooking this last few weeks, so my instant inclination was to see what is the best way to cook the best corn on the cob. Surprisingly easier than you think.
@kaa Interesting. We only ever do one or two cobs, and we do it in the microwave: strip the outer leaves, 2.5 minutes on high (for one cob). Done.
@Miraz tried it this morning. Worked a treat. Not mushy but cooked. All this time been doing it wrong :)
@kaa Not wrong, just different! 😀 Glad it worked for you. That not-boiling method would be fabulous if you need to do more than a couple of cobs.
