Looking at the sand bar where the gulls and pelicans like to hang out at low tide, I noticed a new guest at their beach party. (Otters are super rare here.)

@JohnBrady I’m no expert. But there have been otter sightings this summer, and a couple old timers on the beach said it was an otter.
