@Munish I use it after I brush.
@pratik there is less fluoride in mouthwash than toothpaste. I was totally at a loss when I heard and the dentist said, it neglects all the hard work from brushing.
@Munish I drink coffee after brushing teeth, then shower and then use mouthwash on my way out.
@rishabh @Dino @parag @odd @pratik not sure how often you are meant to. All I know, it seems that, using it another time instead of straight after brushing seems to be the best option. www.colgate.com/en-us/ora...
@Munish You can’t rely on Colgate or another company to tell you that. They are the same ones advertising a toothbrush full of toothpaste. That’s no way to brush!
@Munish in short: neither. He said something along the lines of... it doesn't make sense to use mouthwash alongside using toothpaste. Mouthwash might be beneficial to use for those at greater risk of decay, just not alongside toothpaste.
@Munish he's actually a dentist, so I trust him a little more than most. Probably biased though 😬
Him and my mum had their practice for 32 years
@jasraj I figured as much. It was at a dentists, who had mentioned it to me, after a recent white paper was released.
Re: Your blog post. Love the sharing of experiences. Is that a photo of Wimbledon? Interestingly, I do not think my dad was a natural business man and he had a business, after being forced down that route. He does not do it any more. I always thought I was more entrepreneurial, but fell down the going to university and corporate job route. Hopefully, the story for us is not finished yet. Thanks for sharing.
@Munish Thanks, yes, Centre Court at Wimbledon a few years back. Interesting. I put myself in an "academic" box at school but, looking back, I realise how creative and entrepreneurial I was in places. Our story isn't finished until it's over... we can keep writing it.
