@kaa I did the same thing, except in my case I haven’t set up anything else to replace it. Honestly I think I’m over bookmarking for the most part, especially when search is plenty sufficient nine times out of ten.
@kaa I've been thinking about trying out Raindrop in a while. Your post was the trigger for me to signup. I also have a bunch of links in Pinboard.. but I rarely use them..
@kaa my pinboard has thousands of bookmarks that I never visit - maybe I should just do what you did.
Raindrop is also my new space that I am trying to use more thoughtfully … so far so good.
@kaa I just took a quick look to find that I’ve saved 3,481 bookmarks in pinboard since 2010. I don’t think I’ve ever really gone back to revisit any of them. The promise of a robust library of bookmarks is so much better than the reality.
@JohnPhilpin Awesome! It really has been a great to use. I have found that being able to save pdfs is also great.
