@jeroensangers a week is useful for a regular lifestyle change like my FirstWeek FlipPh.one.

I think it's partly because 1/4 is a nice ratio for something different:

a bit like how a weekend is 2/7 days (though I wish it were 3)

@warner also like how planning by four seasons or quarters > 1 out of 12 months
