@dwalbert Beautiful (as usual)! Do you use those v-shaped gouges, or a straight blade, or both? (or something else?)
@JohnBrady Thanks! Just a straight-blade chip carving knife. Well, two in this case, one smaller than the other.
@jabel I'm going to try to work up a spring beauty carving for you, but the trout lily has a more distinctive shape, which makes it easier when you don't have things like color and shading to work with.
