@mbkriegh That looks good. I wondered how it would take to the full vegan treatment, looked at the recipe, decided that would be a long shot. But it's going on my to-cook list.
@Miraz if you make it be sure to steam veggies for recommended amount of time. I don’t think I did so it was a little watery. Tasted good though.
@JMaxB it tasted really good but was a little watery I think because I didn’t steam the vegetables long enough so they had more water to release in the oven. I think hardest part for vegan would be a rue without butter. And I don’t know what the options are for a cheese substitute.
