@klandwehr I have a similar journaling habbit, and it definitly helps to make it as short and frictionless as possible. I don't manage to do it daily but I'm keeping it up quite well at the moment. I like the "Daily Priority" promt quite a lot. I'm also logging some data about my sleep there as well.
@V_ I thought of adding my sleeping information, but I already have a daily note in obsidian where I track it so that didn’t make sense
@klandwehr One of the prompts I use when I wind down is "How am I feeling?" ... Boy, sometimes I got on a rant with that prompt.
