@Gabz these kinds of days are always rough. When I run into days like these, quarantined or not, I always try to focus any energy I have on making the next day easy. Planning it out, picking the workout video for the next day, picking out a movie to watch maybe. Anything to remove the friction and decision making from tomorrow, taking the current day as a rest day, sometimes just lying down and throwing on some music knowing it’s okay to take it easy and do nothing occasionally.

@Gabz I hear you, man, and am very much going through cycles like that. You’re not alone. I’ve found good motivation to keep working out by telling people my plan (my gym has a nice community) and building some fun accountability that way. Use us as your yoga check-in buddies if you need! :)
