The next update to Micro.blog for iOS will support Dark Mode on iOS 13. There are still several things to fix, but here’s a sneak peek screenshot of one of the first builds.

@manton That looks really nice, Manton. How did you approach it? For my next app I'm planning to support themes so there could be more choices than just Dark and Light mode. Are you just following the recommended way to support Dark mode?

@fahrni Thanks! To start with I copied work that had been done for the macOS version in Dark Mode, but we still need to review more iOS recommendations. Often finding where a color was hard-coded is enough to get things looking pretty good. (I'm not going to support themes, but Twitterrific did a great job with themes in their latest version.)

@manton Oh, yes, Twitterrific looks fantastic. I will be reaching out to Sean to see how they plan on dealing with it for iOS 13 Dark Mode. I haven't done anything to support it through the iOS 13 interfaces, I have zero idea how they work at the moment. Haven't installed Catalina or an updated Xcode yet. Thanks so much for the reply. This community is amazing.

@Burk There probably should be. But I haven't even installed iOS 13 on my own devices yet, so maybe closer to the final iOS 13 release.
