Shaken up. My family and I just came upon a street fight in Central Square. One man pulled a gun and pointed it directly at another man’s head. We ran for cover and got around the corner. No shots fired but terrifying enough.

@danielpunkass oh dear! That’s intense! Glad everyone is okay
@danielpunkass holy crap that is scary. Relieved you were able to get away from that toxic scene.
@danielpunkass Things I never expected to have to worry about: 1. “am I running away in the right way that I’ll get hit by a bullet before my kids?” 2. “Is it OK I’m not yelling ‘there’s a man with a gun!’ to every person I pass?” I didn’t want to attract his attention.
@danielpunkass just glad to hear you're all safe… don't forget to talk about it with the rest of the family and maybe to someone IRL (who wasn't there) you trust… talking it out helps deal with the impact on your psyche and helps you all. Hugs for you and yours.
@Miraz Boys seem OK but it's hard to tell if they're hiding the trauma. Will definitely have to check in with them!
@danielpunkass sending belated thoughts and noted your update BB gun or not super scary gad you are ok
