We’re embarrassed with the recent Micro.blog server status. I rolled out more improvements today. We’ll get it fast again. New server coming online later this week too.

@manton I can imagine these past few weeks have been busy for you and the team! Thanks for the hard work!
@manton We can be patient as I know how difficult scaling up can be. But yup, hope we can onboard people more easily.
@manton I shared your updates page with some friends who are microblog users to show them how much you are improving it and fixing problems all the time.
@manton Really stylish status page design. Much better than most similar I have seen in the past few years.
@manton We appreciate how hard you and everyone on the Micro.blog crew have been working to keep everything going. Fingers crossed that things settle soon.
@manton huge thanks for all the hard work, can’t imagine how much extra traffic you’ve seen in these last 3 weeks!
@autiomaa That status page is powered by updown.io, a really decent uptime monitoring service by a small team in France. So cool to see Manton using them!
@manton I don’t know that you need to be embarrassed. Instead be proud that Micro.Blog is almost always rock solid. You’re adapting swiftly to events beyond your control that led to the server problems.
@manton don’t worry… I’ll keep paying my monthly 10$ subscription in support of your hard work.
@manton All good. I can imagine it’s been hard these last few weeks. Thanks for all your hard work.
@manton Agreed with all the other replies here, no need to be embarrassed! You have done an amazing job of adding new features recently on top of, no doubt, dealing with an influx of traffic. Thanks for all of your work.
@manton Thank you for your work keeping Micro.blog afloat. I feel in good hands.
