@pimoore Have worked remote for a long time and part of my daily routine is a morning run and a afternoon walk. I think these “commutes” help with work/life separation, not just good exercise. Good luck with your challenge.
@Gaby @pinmore I walk my dog for like 1.5 hours each day I don’t have my kid; bike to the office 3-4 days a week(2x15 min) and I try to hit the gym 3 times a week(20 min on elliptical and 2000 meters on the rowing machine on max resistance) plus I do sit-ups and push-ups every day.
Plus I try to replace one of the gym visits with a 2-3 hour hikes in spring / summer
@pimoore I don’t, but I use the rowing machine in a way that’s more focused on muscles than cardio
@pimoore some of ours are, but others are less expensive. If I did it (when I had room for it) I would had to get two machines and the price of that would have been 5 years of gym fees. And that was also the point where the machines were expected to need service and repairs
