I started using DayOne exactly ten years ago today. Of course, l learned this from the ‘On This Day’.

I have used it in sporadic streaks over the years. I have about ~1,600 entries so far. I have now hooked it up Micro.blog so acts as my backup for micro posts.

@pratik I’ve started posting directly from Day One this past week after importing my blog into it. It’s such a nice experience, it felt like a waste not to use it. I’m also curious about the prospect of making books from it.

@pratik would be cool to have a script that takes a micro.blog export, and a date span, and creates a PDF or ePub.
