@jean Oh, gosh, I can’t imagine not having an external keyboard! Dictation is excellent though and I find that really helps. As for a recommendation, for portabliity the Logitech Keys-to-Go is extremely thin and light, though it’s not the best typing experience. The Logitech K380 is an inexpensive and relatively light full size BT keyboard that offers an excellent typing experience. It’s my go to for an external keyboard. No backlight though.

Moft offers various lightweight stands. I’ve got the Snap Float Stand though I don’t actually use it in the upright positions they are designed for. I mostly keep it folded down where the iPad is touching the surface of the desk or pillow or whatever I’m using it on. Very nice because it can be used in all kinds of angles, very stable even when resting on a pillow on my lap.
