I explored more of the Lancashire and Cumbrian coast recently. This is Arnside with an eager, low flying Tern desiring my ice-cream.

@hollyhoneychurch Lovely shots. Iโ€™m from Lancashire originally but in Dorset now.

Down here has its own beauty but I miss that specifically Northern scenery a lot.

@DaveyCraney ah beautiful. Whereabouts in Dorset? I would live in Dorset, if family didn't tie us to the north ๐Ÿ˜ though the northern people can't be found down there, of course. You'll have to come for another visit ๐Ÿ˜

@hollyhoneychurch Dorchester. Itโ€™s a lovely place. Been down here over 10 years now. I do get back up North on occasion but itโ€™s been a little while.

Absolutely need to plan a trip to stop my Northern accent fading away and to get important things like gravy in chip shops ๐Ÿคฃ

@DaveyCraney aahh yes. Yummy. I love the people so much, it would be hard to go back south now. Come up for some northern friendliness, and give my love to Dorchester.
