I love fountain pens and that world of ‘makers’ and small shops but they are often rubbish at answering email queries.

What’s a reasonable period to expect a response to a question?

@BestofTimes I usually provide a polite follow up about a week later. The longest it’s taken someone to get back was about three weeks total.
