Been reading Atomic Habits. Really practical book to read if you’re trying to make changes in your life. The biggest challenge is to try and process all the information in a meaningful manner. I think this one will benefit multiple reads.

@twelvety tbh I got it from @paulcraig901 I remember it was promoted with the habit notebook from Baron Fig, but I just didn't pay attention at the time. The little CBS video is actually a really good introduction.

@kaa @twelvety The book is decpetive in that you'll read it and think "Well, this is all common sense." Dispel that notion and focus on using it as an operasting manual. More on this... hopefully this month. Working on something new.

@kaa @twelvety @paulcraig901 I read it last month and thought it would be repeating the sort of Charles duhig stuff, but he really added a lot of value. It has helped me greatly.

@ChrisJWilson @kaa @twelvety Precisely my original concern and precisely my conclusion. Well stated, my friend.

@paulcraig901 @kaa @ChrisJWilson Thanks for all the recommendations! For anyone curious, here's the CBS This Morning video where James Clear talked about the book.
