Is there a NaNoWriMo but for comic books? I have an idea that I’d like to find out if it’s dumb or not…
@smith 24-hour comic book day is similar, but compressed to a single day. I bet some people do comics in November anyway, even if the format is different than a traditional novel.
@manton Agreed. I’m sure you could figure out an equivalent volume of comic creation and do that instead.
@smith I was thinking of trying to write out my comic/graphic novel idea this November. Was not planning to meet any goal other than creation -- so I guess I was using it as motivation vs. actually trying to "win".
@manton I did see that earlier in the month, but there was no way I could do a first draft in just a day. Thanks!
@endonend Good idea! Yea I think I'll do the same. I really want to get the idea fleshed out and see if I could finish the first issue.
