Best bit of WWDC news from my POV is that iOS 12 will work on original iPad Airs that most of my class use and will speed them up too. iOS 12 Preview – Apple
@johnjohnston All 2nd-4th grade classes have 2 of those at my school too. It’s awesome. Too bad our K-1 have original minis that are stuck on 10.
@johnjohnston agreed this news that a new OS will increase speed of older devices, makes sense but this is one of the few times it ever happens...
@adamprocter While OS X started at a slow baseline. Each release up through Tiger or Leopard made even old computers run faster. Those days were pretty awesome. 🙂
