@manton is this supposed to be working already, because I still get the same error as before.

@AlexKucera It is supposed to be working. You're getting the "not invited" error from Threads?

@manton nope I’m getting a blank page with this error on it.

{"error_message":"Service temporarily unavailable","error_code":2}

@manton this is when I go to sources on my account and click on the Add Threads link.

The link points to https://micro.blog/facebook/threads/signin/379 and that redirects to that oauth error page (https://www.threads.net/oauth/authorize/error.json?error_message=Service+temporarily+unavailable&error_code=2&ext=yyy&hash=xxx)

@AlexKucera Oh, that sounds like an actual Threads server error. I've never seen it, but "temporarily unavailable" sounds like something that will resolve on their side if you try again later.

@manton I doubt it. It’s the only error I have ever seen in the past when trying to add Threads. :(

@AlexKucera Try signing out of Threads and Instagram in the browser you’re using. Gotta be something with the account or session on Meta’s side.

@manton signing out did the trick, although not without complications. Had to run the procedure twice before it worked. First time a got a login error.
