@mbkriegh It looks so hard, but I think the rewards are great. I’ve had this yoga app, well two apps actually, on my phone for ages, but still haven’t tried them/it out.

@odd it doesn’t have to be hard. Teachers modify the positions depending on the skill level of the class. We recently joined a health club where you can take as many classes as you like for no additional fee. This was a game changer. I do gentle yoga twice a week. Restorative yoga once a week. I may be getting ready to take a more advanced class. At any rate, there is substantial benefit in getting instruction as if you try a pose you are not ready for you can do damage.

@mbkriegh Maybe I need to investigate the possibilities of getting proper tutored sessions. I know that they had Qi Gong at the local church, but I may have to travel for Yoga classes. That you can take as many sessions as you like sounds like a great deal! 🧘‍♂️

@odd Find a local tai chi club/group/organization. That usually includes qigong. Also, TaiChi is better for the joints and focus.

@Archimage I found only one semi-local Yoga group, will check if we still have Tai Chi locally.
