@Annie Yes! The shortcuts are expensive in the end. A chatbot will never win my loyalty as a customer, but it will earn my eternal ire.
@jean I get so frustrated when I have to answer 17 dumb questions to get to the right information, when an actual human would have known what I needed with the 1st question.
