If I buy an M1 Mac, does Final Cut Pro support adding chapter markers without stopping the playback like Logic Pro can? Because it’d be nice to be able to drop a marker as someone asks a question, but then be able to hear the question?
@iChris pretty sure you can just click m and drop marker and it won't disturb vid playing.
P.s. Creator's Best Friend is a great tool for getting most out of chapter markers, though it's not Compound Clip friendly. Hmu if you ever wanna compare FCPX workflows.
@warner I should've clarified - you can dropo a marker but you can't type in the field while continuing playback.
And yes! I've got Creator's Best Friend. Might have to hit you up when I have time to come up for air. :)
