@vishae It gets worse. I called again today ... and after waiting for 23 minutes for them to answer the phone, I suddenly got a message saying that ‘my call cannot be answered - please call back in an hour!’.

@JohnPhilpin oh god, that’s terrible. Though I’ve had something similar; after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, I get a message that the call centre is now closed and to call back the next day, then they hang up!
