- Pricing your service product based solely on my IP and not letting me change my location.
- Help-centre websites that do not link back to the main site.

Also, if you're going to let me make a feature request do not put that behind the wall of a separate account for a whole other platform.
This is hostile and does not motivate me to make either my initial feature request or leave any other type of feedback. In fact, I am now unsure if I want to use your product at all, let alone pay you for the premium version!
@simonwoods YES!!! I was trying to buy a game on Origin (EA)... but because of my location I couldn’t buy the “digital” game in English!!! And I couldn’t change the location of the store because of my IP... and to put salt into the wound, I was blocked from payment coming from a VPN.
“Games are location locked and it’s for account security”.
@vincent He's the messed up part: I'd expect that because it's EA. So why the hell would an indie developer take a similar approach to a large company that has literally written the book on treating your customers like crap? Baffling.
