@jsonbecker Sure is. Mostly lack of communication across to the team and lack of clarity for me. But then again, this is not new for my workplace.

@vazquez @rscottjones This has definitely made me rethink my career moves and life priorities. Also, I don't want to be moored to a location and may prefer fully remote options. So yeah, let's see what's in store for the future.

@pratik Wow. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. We just had an unexpected leadership change in our division — also higher ed — and everything is a little up in the air. It absolutely makes you reevaluate your priorities and assumptions. Good luck navigating everything.

@bobwertz @KimberlyHirsh The communications part irked me more. But then I shouldn't be because it's par for the course. But yes, I'm looking at the silver lining for now.

@stupendousman Stressed was the understatement, but strangely, much less than before, thanks to GC. But yeah, if my role is going to be changed, I can use the opportunity to look for a new place. Heck, I wouldn't mind a role in an ed tech company now, although non-profits and foundations will be my first choice. Let me know if you have any leads 😉
