It was an eventful (and pleasant) evening and, alas, climbing all the way onto the couch for a sleep proved to be too much for young Kirby.
@hollyhoneychurch Credit goes to my wife for that, and the red walls. It's her favorite color, and pretty much every wall in this place is red - and was, long before she took me in. (I consider myself to be one of the strays to whom she gave a home. 😊)
@twweaver I think you lucked out there then! I've only got a 2 seater (but it has got a velvet finish which I love to stroke. Having no pets at the mo makes me seek out soft, silky alternatives : )
