@twelvety That is really tempting! Also, Iāve loved his photo blog for a while, ever since picking up my X100S, but hadnāt stopped by in a long time. Glad to find my way back via coincidence.
@alans Same here! I used to keep up with his work more regularly, so itās nice to see it again. And yeah, I donāt need that printer, but Iām sure I could rationalize it for some reason. ;)
@alexjj I know, right? And did you see his update in the meantime? More good tips, and it makes it all the more tempting! :) www.laroquephoto.com/blog/2021ā¦
@alexjj The notion of them turning off the free prints someday is what makes me want to get this gadget now and make the most of it! :)
@alexjj Two things: 1. Iām curious to know how your HP Tango working out? 2. Iām really enjoying your wiki!
@alexjj Good to hear about the printer! I think Iām getting through enough boring home projects soon that I can justify buying one as a treat.
Yep, thatās what happens with wikis. You drop things in it thinking no one is reading it and then boom you find out people actually visit! Also, wikis tend to change how you think about blogging (at least for me), and before you know it they take over!
@alexjj The HP Tango arrived yesterday. Iāll post some pictures of the prints later, but holy cow, what fun! I donāt know why I waited so long to get it. Iām still getting the hang of the tweaks necessary in the HP Smart app to make color photos look a little warmer and less blue/magenta, but itās so cheap to experiment that itās not a burden. I think @jack needs one of these. š¬
@twelvety @alexjj I love hearing about people making prints! I do have a little Canon something-or-other, but Iāve fallen for making 8.5 x 11ā prints on nice paper instead copingmechanism.com/2021/makiā¦

@tullyhansen Yes! I used the one from Patrick Laroqueās original blog post when I signed up, and it still worked!
