No #Eir landline service for a month. I got a refund but would like a working line.

@PatrickOBeirne We signed up for Eir Fibre in Feb. After five site visits, fibre to the home could not be connected. I cancelled Eir Fibre but I still got debited more than €300 for a service we never received. I’m arguing to get that money returned.
