@toddgrotenhuis Mostly meaningless because: 1. That's already the law but 2. Qualified Immunity (which courts made up) gets most of those lawsuits dismissed. Where we need to focus is reforming Qualified Immunity, but that will be a tough nut to crack.
@ReaderJohn Right, this is really a sentiment around Qualified Immunity, because it's not functionally a law without that getting addressed.
