My wife continues to be vexed: I can sit on the back patio for hours and never be bothered. But if she goes outside for 5 minutes she’ll end up with multiple mosquito bites.
@ronguest Have you tried any of those electronic repellents? When I used to be into river sports fishing, I used a cream (Aurax), and it helped me a lot.
@odd I tried the Thermacell which has a lot of good reviews. Our mosquitos laughed at it in my wife’s presence.
I bought some odorless spray she could try but she doesn’t want to put chemicals on.
@ronguest I’m sorry she have to deal with those blood suckers. I guess she must have attractive blood. Nah, I’m not keen on putting on chemicals anymore either, but mosquitoes and gnats; I’m drawing the line there. 🩸🦟
@ronguest we are like this, too. My wife has a little attachable Off fan device that she clips on her clothes. I guess they are discontinued, though.
Geranium and lemongrass essential oils in a spray are helpful, but not amazing.
