The improvement in video conferencing tools over the last 18 months has been immense. Google Meet feels much nicer than it did just a few months ago, for example.

@noah Seconded, even Zoom has made improvements even though I still don’t particularly care for it. I’m looking forward to the upcoming changes in FaceTime for iOS/iPadOS 15.

Side note: like your blog and theme, is that Micro.blog hosted or are you using something different?

@noah I've used Google Meet just a handful of times - easily the worst video conferencing experience I've had on any platform or app. So I'm guessing it is now better than bad? Or, is it actually good?

@pimoore I’m using something different. It’s a custom theme, built on Craft CMS.

@cdevroe it seems good to me. Doesn’t stand out against the competitors maybe, but it doesn’t feel behind anymore.
