@jeldo sounds like Schwedenmilch is the same! My favourite is having it with raisins, nuts and maybe a bit of oat based cereal. But it goes well with all kinds of jam or berries.

@jeldo If it’s liquidity in a way it’s easy to drink from a glass it’s way too thin to be “filmjölk”. But it looks nice.

@toddgrotenhuis We do have kefir in Norway, but I’m not sure it’s the same as filmjölk. I think I tasted it in Sweden once when I was like 11 or so, but don’t remember it. 🥛
