Been thinking about this as it relates to distributed teams.

One of the aims in my organization has been to give each of them great freedom in their different areas, but to facilitate learning. We use shared wikis and “what worked/didn’t for me” presentations to the group.

@toddgrotenhuis out of curiosity, what tools are you using for shared wikis? A big struggle in my team is deciding whether something belongs in Gitlab (close to the code) or in Confluence (which is used by the larger organization).
