@toddgrotenhuis 👍 you got it. Honestly, I feel terrible compared to other inktober artists but I know I am SO much better than I was two or three years ago.
@ChrisJWilson I made some rules for myself to make it easier to try:
- do it on a simple Nock index card
- do it with my Staedtler pigment liners (6 colors)
- max 2 colors per entry
- no re-dos, just try and release, no getting it perfect
@toddgrotenhuis a very nice set of creative constraints. Last time I tried all digital with procreate and trying to interpret ideas creatively. This time I think I want to do just my black brush pen with index cards by my desk. But maybe I’ll find a new pen(S) to play with? I probably should have planned this better but oh well! It’s just a bit of fun! (Great start!)
