I know there is a big part of Portugal represented here, would anyone know where to find the rules for entry to Portugal (COVID-related, Schengen)? Specifically: is “fully vaccinated” three or four shots?

@tkoola sadly, asking for a friend, not myself 🙃

@tkoola I found reopen.europa.eu, everything you need to know is in there.

If you're coming from a Shengen/EU country, the digital certificate (if you have it) should be enough. We haven't started on the fourth vaccine yet, so no need for that. As far as I can tell you'll need the first two on the certificate, as long you have them for less than 270 days, and the booster shot if longer than that. Proof of recovery should also work, or a test taken 72h before flying over.

Check the site, I might be misreading something, but that's what I get from it.

@maique thanks, exactly what I was (unsuccesfully) looking for!

@tkoola My first shot was Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), which is a single shot vaccine. Then I have had a booster shot of Pfizer, so even with two shots I fulfill the criteria for "fully vaccinated".
