From Pika to MicroBlog: timapple.com

@BenSouthwood I like it so far myself. I'm just trying to tweak a few things, hoping I don't break anything..lol

@timapple I, as a simpleton with these things, managed to follow the instructions for microhooks.

@timapple that new theme is very cool. I’m paying for Micro.blog premier, or whatever the more expensive version is called, so I can have up to five blogs here. I try to just post all of my little whippy things under one of them, which I don’t really publicize anywhere.That more or less solved the problem for me. But it is a little more expensive.

@bloftin2 I pay for premier also. In the past, I did it with separate blogs. I even once did it with separate, and then tried to match their themes and menus so you didn't notice you were switching between two different blogs. I like this solution so far, keeps my life simpler.

@BenSouthwood Yeah, I did ok with them. For some reason I couldn't get custom.css working with the dark mode.. still fiddling with that.

@timapple Your blog looks great! This Bayou theme from @Mtt is a game-changer for those on Micro.blog that want to have one clutter-free place for both short and long posts. Well done!

@timapple @Mtt themes are a game changer. I held onto my micro.blog because I love the sumo theme. It works perfectly for doing long form essays. While I use Pika to do general posts. I kind of flipped the script here a little bit.
