@pratik I really don't know, for all intents and purposes it should have played out to a draw. It was a good pitch that wasn't breaking up or turning much but Glamorgan just kept taking wickets with consistent bowling ... pressure on the batters that really shouldn't have been there??? Multi-record breaking performance for Glamorgan though πŸ˜„

@thedimpause More than 400 runs are really impressive, I don't remember seeing anything like that before. Often the match will end in a draw, just because of the time the batsman needs for this massive score, I guess.

@klagefall Definitely! And it really should have ended in a draw, Glamorgan declared at lunch on the final day so Leicestershire only had to survive for two sessions (65 overs had to be played I think) - given the batting performances by both sides in the first innings it should have been straightforward!

@thedimpause The magic of Test cricket. Something must have happened in the minds. But that's why this match will be remembered for a long time.

@klagefall @Munish The long form of the game always has room for more twists, turns and strategies. More often than not I enjoy it more than the shorter matches 😁🏏
