Celebrating the end of the week with Signal Hill whisky from St. John’s.
This was the end of my sixth week of the summer hearing online piano exams, with one more week to go before leaving for Winnipeg and Calgary to hear two weeks of in-person exams.

We were in Saint John’s and around parts of Newfoundland this summer. Loved it!  Hope to be back.
@the By far the best discovery was getting to know people in the area. Two of the three times I’ve been to Newfoundland (for both work and play) were deep experiences in terms of getting to know people and their stories.
I haven’t explored as widely as I would have liked, but some of my favorite places include The Rooms, Cape Spear, Bay Roberts, and Carbonear. Also definitely Mallard Cottage.
